Services are designed for individuals with a mild to moderate Intellectual, Developmental or Physical Disability. 

To maintain a quality program, sessions are designed to accommodate specific needs of clients through staffing ratios, programming, and activity goals. Our goal is to accommodate as many clients as we can safely accommodate. Unfortunately, we are unable to serve clients currently who demonstrate one or more of the following:

• Extreme aggression towards self or others
• Flight risk off property or while in the community
• Safety risk towards open bodies of water and roads
• Clients who requires 1:1 support
• Clients who require assistances in their daily routine as defined (eating and toileting care). (Must be able to perform personal care tasks independently or with verbal prompting).
• Sexual behavior directed towards others 
• Significant property destruction
• Severe self-injurious behavior 
• Consistent refusal to participate in group activities and programming
• History of poor program attendance (must commit to attendance or will be disenrolled if persistently absent)

Unlimited Opportunities at David’s Den reserves the right to dismiss an individual at program based on illness, injury, or safety risk to themselves or others.
